I've  seen Josh play several times at The Starline in Oakland.  Starline's crowd is diverse  regarding age, ethnicity, and music preference.  So, keeping a Starline  audience engaged and happy is a very challenging task.  Yet, every time  I've seen Josh play there, the room is filled with heads bouncing to the  beat and smiles from ear to ear.  

I also  attended a wedding Josh played at.  The indoor venue was large and the  crowd was loud.  Josh did a phenomenal job managing the volume, sound,  and music.  A large indoor wedding presents a DJ with unique challenges  because the DJ has to permit for conversations, but also add to the  celebratory moment.  Josh impressed me because he understood how and  when to help the love shine. 

When my wife and I  planned our wedding, the easiest part was selecting Josh as our DJ.  We  had a large outdoor wedding.  The venue presented Josh with challenges,  which he overcame, and required the guests and Josh to relocate partway  through the reception.  Josh was: extremely accommodating; sensitive to  our needs and timing; and a breeze to work with.  He thought of  everything, planned out everything, and made our lives easy.  After the  wedding, we received several compliments regarding Josh's work.
